Nicole Fontaine Dooley

Nicole Fontaine Dooley is a New Hampshire native who currently lives in Windham with her husband and two young children. She graduated summa cum laude from Boston College Law School, and magna cum laude from Tufts University with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Community Health and French. Through both her education in Community Health, and the important influence of her mother, a psychologist, Nicole recognized early on the foundational importance of mental wellness and access to mental health care.

Nicole Fontaine Dooley is a shareholder at Welts, White, and Fontaine, P.C. in Nashua, New Hampshire, where she focuses her practice on family law and general civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, she was a litigation Counsel at Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale & Dorr, LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, where she worked primarily on cases in intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. Nicole continues to be licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She was appointed to the NH Lawyer's Assistance Board in 2026.
