Melissa St. Cyr

Melissa leads the Office of Legal and Regulatory Services at the NH Department of Health and Human Services. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from UNH and a Juris Doctor from UNH Law. Upon graduation, Melissa received the American Bar Association Award for Excellence in Health law as well as a certificate in health law and policy.

Prior to obtaining her law degree, Melissa worked in long term care for over 15 years, including many years as a nursing home administrator. She was a previously a board member for the New Hampshire Health Care Association (NHHCA) and the co-chair for the NHHCA's development committee.
